The Village of Nittany Glen
Amenities
The amenities for residents at the Village of Nittany Glen are paid for by the condo association fees of $200 per month per house. In addition to providing us with money for trash removal and budget reserves, the principal amenities available to Nittany Glen residents through these fees are described below.

Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is available for residents as a gathering space during condo association events (such as Italian food night, committee meetings, holiday cookie exchange) or to enjoy cable television, billiards, or board games when the common space is not otherwise in use. The Clubhouse also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a fitness room, restrooms, and a small library. Outside of the Clubhouse, residents can enjoy a basketball court and large pavilion with four picnic tables and a grill.
Pool
Nittany Glen’s pool, built in 2019, is open to all residents and their guests (with some limitations). The pool is surrounded by arborvitae trees and is fenced in, with access by gate code only, and the rules of behavior are prominently posted. Lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, a stair step entrance, and an accessible chair lift are all included. The heated pool is closed for the winter months and opens seasonally at the end of the spring or the beginning of summer based on the weather.
Lawn Care and Snow Removal
Currently, Scott’s Landscaping provides lawn care and snow removal for all Nittany Glen residents. This includes grass cutting, bi-annual mulching, and plowing and salting of the roads and driveways. Residents are responsible for maintaining the existing plantings on their properties, but Scott’s is available for hire to provide this service as well. Members of the Executive Board of Nittany Glen and representatives from the Landscaping Committee regularly communicate with Scott's on related matters to ensure effective and regular care for the more than 200 acres of land on which Nittany Glen homes reside.
